Returning a Product

Please note that only damaged products are eligible for return and exchange. If an exchange is unavailable, a partial refund will be offered based on the product’s value in the full package.

  • All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage must be provided before we process any claims.
  • Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for an exchange, as we cannot verify damage beyond this period.

Change of mind is not applicable for exchange once the item has been dispatched.

If an item has not been dispatched yet, an exchange is possible. However, for custom-made items, exchanges are not allowed.

If a customer buys multiple items and receives a discount or free shipping, but later returns one or more items, the discount (including free shipping) will be deducted from the remaining items. The refund will only cover the adjusted amount.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within a few days.
  • Delays caused by shipping companies or customs clearance are not our responsibility and will not be refunded.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the exchange process may take some time.
  • For items over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
